I enjoy your walks through residential neighborhoods. They're not boring, like residential neighborhoods here (thanks to US zoning laws}. There's an eclectic mix of businesses and homes, always something new to see, even in Futakotamagawa. I love the visual cacophony in Japan!

Perfect time of the day to take a walk. You see everything in daylight but also in complete darkness!

Lovely evening stroll, TE! But for me, blue hour Japan walks are a tad bittersweet. So often I'd trek about our Yasuhisacho homes, farms, riverside paths and mtn. trails around twilight. Sweet bug + frog music grabs me as well. But I'll never stop watching your videos- they're truly the next best thing to being there. Thks again!!

I miss Kyoto and all the shrines and temples there. I always enjoy visiting those places and peacefully looking at the gardens.

@@pilotgrrl1 Watashi mo sodesu!! Kyoto's especially, but I always spend as much time as possible around the grounds of any shrine, temple or historical location wherever we go in Japan. Drives my family nutso as they're not very spiritual, like most nihonjins, plus these spots are just mundane parts of their everyday life. They call me their 'family monk', 'temple otaku', 'crazy americajin in-law' and even their 'family crocodile' (as I'm nearly twice their size and they complain about having a tough time keeping me well fed). My brother in law, a funny Osakan and rather hyper ex-tour bus driver, gets the most annoyed with my lingering around the places I love, spurring me along by the elbow after only a short time wherever he takes us. How I miss it all. Sigh...

Thank you TE for the walk ! There are many expensive cars in these residential areas which I rarely see in my neighborhood.

I sub'd you because I love your videos, no music or unnecessary talking. Just the natural sounds of an evening walk. I hope the C-word goes away soon. So I can visit your country.
