Was here a couple of days ago to celebrate Thanksgiving with my childhood friends, all 6 of us. Wish it went better because I got sick during Thanksgiving and had to sit out our friendsgiving celebration ;/. Still won't regret it though! Bought lots of merch and souvenirs. One of a kind experience when majority of us didn't know how to use the train stations, didn't know where to eat, etc. Got to visit my friends attending Temple there and met his friends too. Cool people, knew how to get everyone drunk every night despite being sick out of my mind. Going to Disneyland and all, I'll cherish those moments forever

Def rarely snows in Tokyo and the southern regions. But Hokkaido is one of the snow capitals of the world! Look up some pictures of the Sapporo Snow Festival, it’s beautiful! :)

It's pretty rare in the southern half of Japan, in Tokyo too! However as someone mentioned the northern half is very very snowy, Sapporo in Hokkaido is the snowiest city in the world!

Not much. If you are talking about tokyo, there are couple of them available in more or less hour distance from center of tokyo. (they are not within tokyo but in suburb cities though)
