Every Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 to 17:00, no cars or bicycles are allowed in some parts of Ginza.

Pourquoi pas..? Canada is way advanced than us already in many fields and is such a beautiful country itself, Tronto is such a mega city with huge high rise buildings.. Many Japanese people feel respect and admiration to Canada indeed. .. So, maybe the grass is always greener on the other side..
