We compare the graphics of Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered on PS4 Pro in 4K UHD resolution with PS4. The developer promised a visible difference: "PS4 Pro support is a definite go, with support for richer textures and dynamic 4K graphics on top of the series' signature fluid Framerate." but can they keep their promise? We can see that Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered is rendered in a higher native resolution on PS4 Pro in 4K mode. We think it has a 1620p resolution and is being scaled up to 2160p - as typical for the Call of Duty series it aims for 60fps on all consoles and resolution modes. The devs also promised better textures, which we can't see on terrain or walls, but weapons and character models seem to have a slighty higher texture resolution in addition to the higher render resolution.

There really isn't too much of a difference from the PS4 and the PS4 Pro. The only differences I spotted were lighting, fps, and a little difference in texture quality and resolution. I plan on getting a PS4 Pro this year if I can.

Most of you guys are most likely watching it on your phone, 1440p option? Even watching this at 4K, you're not looking a native 4k view. KZbin compressed the video, if you were actually see the native 4K (or checkerboarding, a tiny bit off than regular native 4k) you would really see whats different between base model.

This is not how you test it. you need to play it in 4K in person to see the difference. You cant judge from side to side and even at that you can see ps4 pro has clearer image and better antiliasing.

Picked up a pro last night. If you live in the US, Gamestop will give you 200 dollars for your old PS4 if you upgrade. So a Pro for 200 bucks is a fair deal. Got home and found out my TV only has 1 4K HDMI plug in, so that was an eye opener. For 200 bucks, I think it's fair. Games will eventually use the hardware better. The only game I had that was upgraded was Watch Dogs 2, and it's noticeably sharper. Not 200 dollars sharper but enough to see a difference.

Dark Souls I think games will target the pro with the base being the scaled back experience. Now it's a small upgrade but by next Christmas the difference will be significant. 200 dollars isn't that much for a new console, which is currently the strongest on the market.

Punch Down King I have, I just have a very very good television, it's the first game I played on it and I had HDR set to automatic. But... there's no HDR options nor patches. I just assumed it was by how pretty the game looked comparative to my PS4. Then you play forza horizon 3, gears or uncharted 4, infamous etc. and yeah.. there's a difference.

Algunos tambien compran,porque se les canta y quieren llamar la atención,los que no puedan comprar no hay porque morirse por eso,hay pinturas que están de hace siglos y pueden ir a verlas,en museos o donde sea y no pasan de moda y nunca son superadas,no tienes para comprarte algo,ps eso no mas sera,que tanto lio con eso,si tienen consolas mas viejas,compren todos los juegos que aún no son jugados y lo que importa es la diversión,lo otro es para seguir la corriente de poderosos,que quieres que compres y compres y nunca llegues a quedarte satisfecho,siempre con el vacio de querer mas y mas,tienes todo pero no eres feliz.

PS4 Pro looks better due the Anti Aliasing Effect caused by using a 4K resolution on a 1440p video, despite that, game grapichs exactly the same

Not MSAA, it's actually what SSAA on PC does. It supersamples the game and then downscales it to reduce aliasing. Although it's hardly as efficient on the Pro since it uses checkerboard rendering in the first place, so the effect is halved.

Ah they both look like ass and need some serious Anti-aliasing upgrades. Even at 1:44 the soil in the plant pot has no bump mapping or 3D rendering. The only big difference I could notice was that the PS4 Pro had *slightly* better anisotropic filtering.
