@@rissanepomuceno9939 Hello! Actually there are jeepneys that will pass Nicanor Reyes Street corner Recto, “Stop n Shop” or “Sta. Mesa” routes will pass there. Anyway, I just walked so that other people can see the streets of Recto :)

Hello Walker Ellie, yes there are jeepneys that will pass thru from LRT2 Recto station to UE. Jeepney routes like Sta. Mesa or V Mapa will do.

Is it safe to walk in the tunnel arround 6am in the morning? is it safe here in recto that time in the morning?

Hi Walker Nic, thank you for your comment! To answer you, uhm, I think it’s better to assume that it’s not safe, so that you’ll be more careful when you’re walking there. But there are policemen around the area :)
