pourquoi les commerces sont fermés et qu'il n'y a pas de gens qui circule ? j'ai grandi à Cherbourg et je me rappelle qu'il était plus animé que maintenant

Cherbourg à connue un petit déclin économique ces dernières années mais se fait redynamiser petit à petit.
