Nice properties, however, one may wonder how to survive in such residential neighbourhoods if one do not drive a car : you cannot find even a Hawker in the street or a restoran to drink Teh Tarik, Lemon Ice, Bandung or Kopi Susu !

This Residential Area is really close to Straits Quay, which has a lot of places to shop and eat, as well as a few Big Hawker Centres around the place. But I believe because Grab Taxis are very cheap and easy to use in Penang, you can still get around pretty well!
