🌴 Ban Amphur Beach
I arrived at the beach at about 11 o'clock in the morning and there was a big ebb. A taxi from Pattaya cost me about $5 and the trip took 20 minutes. The walk was from the northern part of the beach to the south.
There are several cafes on the northern part of the beach and there is a large parking for cars. Palm trees grow very beautifully along the coast and an asphalt path is made. There were zero tourists despite the fact that it was Saturday. Perhaps this is due to two points - May is not considered as a tourist month and the tide should be in the afternoon.
I liked the surroundings of the beach. Despite the fact that it is small beach (about 1 km), along the sandy strip there are many trees with shade and many small benches and tables where you can sit down and relax. During the walk I saw many small lizards and once a squirrel.
In the cafe you can take a cold fresh coconut, which will be opened in front of you for $ 1.5 (50 baht).
At low tide, there are a lot of small crabs and sea urchins in the water. Along the beach there are signs about the presence of jellyfish in the water: some of which are poisonous. The rules of first aid are also written.
