Tsudanuma is one of stations I passed multiple times and changed train at but never walked outside of the station. After visiting Tokyo Game Show I decided to stop here and walk around.

when i watch these videos it always amazes me how civilized Japanese people are. nobody is shouting, nobody is littering, the streets are so clean, bikes are just left on the side of the road... totally different world than here in eastern europe :D I want to visit Japan so bad after watching these videos :3

@@jasonmorris9330 "Bushido" is a warrior code and has nothing to do with everyday life. Japanese culture is far more extensive than your Western media cliches. Having said that, shame and thinking about others (hitoomoi) are a large part of the culture, true.

@@alblgz Bushido goes far beyond just a warrior code, and its obvious you're not Japanese (which would validate your opinion on my comment) but you're not, and how I know stems from the fact several actual Japanese channels have pointed to the Bushido Code being one of the main factors as to why Japanese society is that way. They also state that there are negative sides to their society because of the Bushido Code, which is their lack of being different. Being normal is important in Japan to the point that expression is hidden behind art and entertainment. So next time you want to try and insult someone with "western media cliches", know you're calling actual Japanese citizens who have explained it "western media cliches".

Evening radio chime. Broadcasted every day at the same time, but the time may be different (about 16:30-18:00) in different localities. Often it's just music, but sometimes also has voice announcement saying to elementary schoolkids playing outside that it's time to go home (in this particular case it's hard to hear because of echo, but I think there was a phrase "uchi ni kaerimashō" - "let's return home"). Also serves as a test of the public announcement system for emergencies. Сейчас-то, конечно, даже у мелких телефоны есть, но придумано это было давно, когда и часы-то не у каждого были.
