Pala-o has been recognized as the playground of Iligan. This part of the city hosts extensive food and entertainment establishments. Even international cuisines are offered in some establishments from Japanese, Thai, and mostly Filipino. Apart from the fun it brings, this is also where the local government agencies are situated - from the city hall, city hospital, and water district. Making Pala-o one of the busiest barangays in Iligan. What you will be seeing now is Pala-o stripped off of its glory - the people. I miss iligan city, gusto inig uli nko puhon sa iligan suroyon gyod nko tibook syudad ug ang simbahan ni sr. San Miguel , kay pag- uli nko adtong 2017, 10 yrs. bago ako nakauli sa iligan 1 month lang wala ako makuntento kay giyera sa marawi , karon ningsamot Dili kauli kay naa na pud ang pandemic , hay... mingaw nko iligan
