De ce nu se industrializează "zonele libere" ale Brăilei (inclusiv cea din zona portului)? De ce in dreptul zonei libere casele de pe dealul falezei sunt lăsate în paragină,ceace face că acel deal să arate precum celebrele "favele" din Brazilia? Clădirile in paragină nu fac cinste Brăilei europene.
