I grew up in walden. My dad was a logger back in the 70s. Both my grandparents are buried there. Lots of memories in that town. Thanks for sharing this video!

Also grew up there in the 70s/80s. This was like watching a strange time capsule. Some things have changed but it still looks about the same as when I was like 10.

Spent 15 months working the oil patch in North Park (Walden) in the early 80's. Met my wife of 40 plus years there. The first few months I lived in Rand, 27 miles south of Walden. $5/day for a cabin, all the wood you could burn, community showers. Bar on the premises. Heaven. Long time ago.

i enjoy on google earth, luck on usa, hmm not west, not east, not up not down, what i wanna see, hmm here no desrt not to warm not to cold, ok i have it, so colorado, whats next, city, not to big, not to small, i search and i see : Walden. and i see beautiful mountain on horizont. Great from Poland ;) mayby one day i come to Walden, mayby for 1 day, mayby for long , who know :)
