yup but i really don't suggest playing the game start to finish with these mods especially if someone is playing it for the first time cuz this game should really be played through the way it was intended to, but trying cool mods are always great.

​@@sheltonpicardo2161 id honestly say any reshade mod only amplifies the experience, sure the game is beautiful as is but simple tweaks to just sharpen it slightly and make the colors less faded makes the game feel so much more alive. and if someone played it like this for the first time i think their experience would be the same or maybe even better. graphics are one thing but the story remains a masterpiece and this is just the icing on the cake coming from someone who loved it on consoles originally. But hey thats just my opinion and i respect where you are coming from

Although some parts of the mod look too sharp to me, I do appreciate these mods that give the game a refreshing look. I always don't know why a game based 2 hundred years ago somehow looks like 2 hundred years ago. To me, playing a game that brings me back to the past is expected to be like watching the historical videos coloured like 4k HDR nowadays. And that's why I don't like Cyberpunk 2077.

I find this really interesting, because everyone is raving about Unreal engine 5.x - nanites etc. - but Rockstar have just been super quiet about that, their own engine seems to be handling things so amazingly well. Is this an industry insider thing, where the Rockstar devs are looking at Epic and are like "Nanites? - sure, we've had that tech for years, we just have a different name for it"? Is the Unreal Engine, as amazing as it is, just overhyped for content producers - and that developers like RockStar are totally in tandem with the pace of advancement in the field of 3D graphics rendering, real time? I'd say yes - but we'll never hear about that, because Rockstar are super private in terms of keeping those cards close to the chest - looking at this footage, I'd say Rockstar are RIGHT up there with Unreal engine 5.x - and were probably _ahead_ of Epic in terms of engine power, YEARS back. I have no proof, just ... kinda stands to reason, looking at this footage, right?

Looks good but depends on where u are intel will give u better performance also if your playing games like this they are gpu dependent also don’t go Corsair ram. If your gaming mainly or only u don’t need 980 pro also if ur gonna run rt get 3080 12gb also I do recommend hold of on the cpu and gpu as the new gen is right around the corner for both amd and nvidia (no one cares for nvidia anyways for the 40 series amd is where it’s at)

Also was wondering if I should go with a higher W PSU, maybe 1000W or 12500W to be ready for a new graphics card down the line?! i think you should go for 12th gen and ddr5 ram if budget allows. the 5000 series are still good, but compare the prices. if the 12th gen is similarly priced go for that. my build is the i9 12900k and the rtx 3080 with 32 gb ddr5.

@@chesscoachgerry4140 If its not urgent, I would suggest waiting till the end of the year. new gpus will be out. You could a new one or might get a better deal on the old one. Get at least a 1000W psu. Instead of corsair 4000x you could go for 4000d(airflow) it has better cooling, I'm using the 7000d, much better than the 7000x. Also checkout corsair 5000d a bit bigger that the 4000x/d. You can also save some bucks by going for 980evo instead of pro. It is enough for using editing/composition.
