Even the anime that look realistic tend to have your usual anime scenes, like even aot has those weird scenes. Final Fantasy games all occur in the same UNIVERSE and feature similar themes (friendship, building your character, learning about yourself, and overcoming some type of evil) however most games don’t feature the same characters. That being said no Cloud is not in this game at all but somewhere out there he exists or existed :) welcome to the family

I always love how character with proper limit fights, it's beautiful, because they have limit, they need to think harder to do stuff, and the result is amazing technique. Look at Nyx, there are so many people who work just like him, have the ability just like him, he's a common lad just like other people, not a destined king nor the main villain.

He dedicated his life to the king that meant he spent most of his life learning martial arts and honing his skills. That's not "Common" otherwise their country wouldn't be conquered in the first place. If 10,000 of the teleporting guys showed up and summoned dozens of Giant Warriors each how the hell would their country lose? He is the only one doing all this that means he isn't common at all. If you compare him to the NBA he would be an All Star. He isn't a franchise player or a generational talent like Michael Jordan but he is still damn good and elite, one of the top 1% in his country. Plus, the main reason he was able to do what he do is cuz he got granted the power of Lucii Kings at the cost of his life that's why he died in the end. He doesnt need to go super saiyan he already got unlimited power.

@@sightfield A commoner is different from someone who is common or a "common lad" which is what you originally posted. "Commoner" just means someone who isn't of Royal Blood. "Common lad" means there's lots of people like him which is what you originally said. Einstein, Stephen Hawking, Bill Gates, Napoleon, etc all these people are commoners as they aren't of royalty but they are among the most unique people in the history of the world. They are commoners but they definitely aren't common or common lads. You don't really make any sense in the story only 3 of the protagonists are of royal blood Regis, Noctis and Lunafreya the rest are commoners doesn't mean they are common or just like every other person. Gladius for example is acknowledged as the strongest fighter in the kingdom but he is a commoner. In fact lots of FFs don't even have royal blood in the story like FF7 so they are all commoners doesn't mean everybody is like Cloud gimme a break. The dude Nyc was fighting General Barta or w/e he is called is a commoner as well so what's your point? Being King doesn't mean you are the strongest Regis did squat and got slain pretty quickly. Just look at Nyc fight he's an elite and in the top 1% of his country.

@@darylpoosay Dunno the reason but old wall is almost equal royal arms. He commanding old lucii kings to fight alongside him. Since he trained as a Glaive he can only know how to use chain lighting, ice shield and blinking skills which is king Regis offered them to use in battle. Or in order to use Royal arms he needs ring. /Sorrey my english is not good XD/

I just realized the guardians of the Old Wall are Tonitrus (the Fierce), Crepera (the Rogue), and Somnus (the Mystic). The three bosses we fight at the end of FFXV when Ardyn summons the old wall against us... that's so freaking clever omgosh (Also the Oracle King is here too cause we see his trident being thrown but meh he doesn't count we don't even know his game xD)

There were 5 Kings of Lucii here. But aside from the Mystic, Rogue and Fierce, the other 2 only appear for like 1 scene. The Oracle, who only appears for a single scene of him throwing his trident. And the Wise, who only appears when we see the Kings breaking out of the statue stone(cut in this video).

It's amazing how once you play everything you understand everything. I remember that last Piece of Giant Armor to survive and take down that Giant and I was like why did they show that Giant Armor the most? Turns out that's the first King of the Lucians and the Brother of Ardyn and yeah what the first King did to his brother was truly messed up but at the same time too you can blame Bahamut. If you read the final script that never came out Bahamut was the mastermind and evil behind everything with his pre ordain crap just to get the stories he wants out of his amusement and the true ending is with Noctus and Luna Surviving. Well at first Bahamut turns Luna into some evil thing and then you free her and then you revolt against Bahamut and that was the true ending and a dlc that never got releases which is sad.
