4Moms Mamaroo 2015 - Troubleshooting

This is my first video on KZbin. This clip shows how I was able to get the 2015 model of the 4Moms Mamaroo moving after an obstruction error.
I have no affiliation with the maker of this device.

Had this exact issue, and after checking and cleaning all the sensors, reset it as you suggested and have it moving. Not perfect, but at least it's moving. Thanks for taking the time to share this fix.

Paint the sensor wheels white again!! You can fix it no problem!!! They just aren’t white enough anymore and they get scratched up! Hope that helps

Mine doesn't star and the screen doesn't light up. Everytime I push power button makes a low "taktak" sound on tye speakers... 😕

thanks, mine works fine, the problem is when it has more weight it stops (only supports 8lb) any advice?

I haven’t come across this issue. A quick google search suggests the weight limit is 25lbs(~11kg). You may want to contact the company for additional help as the issue sounds a little odd.

Hey how do you take this thing apart?

Basically a few screws on e bottom of the unit. There are a few things other videos that show this in detail which are not mine.

I believe there is a power connector to the screen inside the base. You could always try unplugging/plugging but other than that I can’t be of much help.

Mine won’t turn on at all, bought a new charger cable and nothing 😭

I'm sorry to hear that. You could always open the base to see if your power connection has somehow become loose. Other than that I can't be much help I'm afraid.

My bluetooth is not working what should I do?

From what I remember the Bluetooth on this device used an old standard and is incompatible with modern phones.
