If you put the motion sickness dot i think its called on in your settings it will help you massively in throwing knife aim. (Its just a small white dot in the center of your screen)

I switched it off on purpose, so my recordings would be cleaner. I replace it with my hardware monitor Dot instead... it's the same thing but doesn't show up on recordings so it's nice and clean :). You should check my latest resurgence video final kill xD). There's not much more to improve.

Lots and lots and lots of practice. Learn how the A.I. move and react to the environment and your own moves, then you can essentially become somewhat of a ghost. Hope that helps!

Play as if your life depended on it. Bit like when Batman makes 'the climb' in The Dark Knight Rises.... Have the mindset that there is 'no rope'. Then every step, every throw, every execution will be meaningful. You will notice your game-play and your movement will be way better. Tips for being quiet, move with intent and purpose! When you are near Enemy operators and need to move, wait for nearby gunfire or other sounds that will mask your footsteps. Only try to strike isolated targets (divide and conquer)... unless you have a plan to neutralise each enemy swiftly. Don't execute when there is another enemy nearby (unless they are unaware or incapacitated). And always Always ALWAYS have an escape route! Hope those few tips help you.
