I love your decor. Just beautiful and peaceful. I’m 70 yrs. old and had always had color......but now after watching you-tube videos I love the neutral colors. The red flowers were very pretty , but when you took them out and put white, I loved that too. I especially love the milk glass dishes. When I got married 52 yrs. ago, I had a whole set of milk glass dishes I used only for breakfast. I got them for my wedding and called them my breakfast China. THEN ....children came along (4 boys-no girls) and they quickly were no more. Now I’m trying to collect them again. I love your shabby sheek furniture and such. I am enjoying your videos.Thank you!

So funny! I was thinking those white bud milk vases with the tiny flowers would have looked good on the white tray in your hutch then I saw you put them on the wooden tray. I put Americana around my home but didn’t use 1/2 of what I had. Had some newer decor I didn’t want to take down but I feel what I used was just enough. I like color but it is hard to decorate with red/white/blue. I like it though as it’s festive. The pillows you made are beautiful!

Love everything! But I am with you with feeling calmer with lighter colors. My home is light colored and it does keep me calm so I get what you are saying. At night when I can finally breath after my son goes to bed, I light my candles and dim the lighting and just relax and all of the light colors shine through. xoxoxo from NYC

It turned out so cheerful and festive! Your stars on your hutch are so cute! Have you thought of using them to make a garland. You could string them a cross the hutch using twine maybe or ribbon. It might be pretty to spread out the pops of red and blue against your white hutch. Just a fun thought.

This is my first time watching your video. I love your decorating style and use of neutrals. The candle in the birdcage scares me though -- perhaps change it out for an LED candle. It is amazing how much more beautiful simple everyday items look in groups of three! Displaying flowers simply inspired me not to work so hard with displays.

I love it 🥰 anyway as soon as I saw your son with hockey gear on it reminds me of my son as what they’re doing now , can’t go to arena and used their dressing room they have to get there gear on first before going to the arena it’s like tikes all over again . I think you did a beautiful job Monica! Love the little pops of color here and there. I really enjoy the patriotic colors. I guess maybe I’m sentimental as my kids’ high school mascot was Patriots and red, white and blue colors. They were both very active in sports, band, cheerleading and gymnastics.
