That area had experienced a burn back in 2012 and a lot of flooding and landslides after that so a lot of the deadfall is a result of that. Thanks so much for watching.

Fun camp with your family. Glad you found a camp spot on the 4th weekend. It can be busy. We just did a staycation at home to avoid the crowds. Nice to see the falls. Nice catches. My neighbor just fished the left fork yesterday and caught several 2+ pounders out of there. Nice brown you caught there. Well done. I've just Googled Diesel in my hometown and converted it to US Gallons. It is currently $7.01 a US Gallon. This is a good price too. We really get hammered on the Tax the government imposes on fuel (gas).

I noticed the duct tape on the tent,I've always said if you got duct tape you pretty much have everything you need,lol. My GoPro has an internal battery which I hate. Nice campsite and it's great to be out with the family. Take care my friend.

Come to Canada and you'll be shocked at the price of gas here (especially on Vancouver Island)! Good to know the Walmart tents will last. That's a really neat looking waterfall! Those fish look like they are actually a decent size. Great fishing🎣🎣 That looked like a really great family outing😁

I’m like you and would definitely prefer to boondock rather than stay in a campground but they do have their advantages especially that older I get or when you have the whole family. Beautiful place for a family outing. I was thinking when you were hiking up that canyon and near that waterfall, that it looked like that area had been burnt in the past. Some great looking trout, especially Jordan’s. Great trip.

That’s a really nice spot. That’s a cool little solar charger. Unfortunately, my truck can’t charge anything when the key is in the off position, so I have to hook things up directly to the battery. Those were some very nice pics bro.
