The play-by-play was called by Courtney Lyle -- and she also calls women's basketball games. As a South Carolina women's basketball fan, I can relate because she shows her anti-South Carolina bias a lot as well. I always hate when I tune in and see Courtney Lyle on the broadcast because as quick as she is to praise the other side, she's even quicker to condemn South Carolina.

I didn't know who to root for so I natrually rooted for Nebraska since I remember them losing last year horibly...then I remember how their fans are and how nasty they were after the wisconsin win...then literally the match started to shift LOL. Nebraska's program and coach is elite, but the fans are upity, pretentious, and always make excuses while taking away from the other team. Poetic justice. Now who I root for in the final will be TOUGH! PSU has so many titles but they have had the better year than Louisville imo

When will the NCAA realize that we want Paul S, back broadcasting the championship matches…. These three right now have been a sh*t show the past 3 years, and CONTINUEEE to d*ck ride and have extreme bias towards Nebraska. They did the same thing last year in 2023 against Texas, and they did it in 2022, rotting for Louisville when Texas swept them. It’s actually so insufferable hearing them speak, because they all collectively have one brain cell, and have no chemisty with one another. Not sure which one it is, but she CONTINUOUSLY forgets the names of the starters, and gets people mixed up all the damn time, and barely corrects herself!! NCAA please for the love God and everything good in this world, give the people an option to watch without commentary, OR, give us new broadcasters.

You 100% correct. Paul Sunderland is a vb announcer legend. The very best in the business. Been doing it since the 1980s, after he finished playing for the US National team. Incredible knowledge, voice, polish, and professionalism, and sense of humor to boot. He is the gold standard. These other announcers are garbage by comparison.
