To 4th Impact: I want you guys to be successful here in US: Make your speech scripted and stick to it. Some things you say are out of places. You are chaos, always interrupting while someone's talking. Many ad-libs are untimely/ inappropriate. (eg: "are you ready" is only good at the start of the show when you first come out, not at the start of every song you sing. Yelling "sing" is best when the next lines is chorus, not when the crowd don't know the next lines.) When it's time to perform, it's time to perform. Quit saying hi or hello to the crowd when someone's singing. People come to concert to have fun, quit the drama. Little things count and there's a big difference when people see you as amateurish and not professionals.
