$5,000,000 Classic Car Collection!! in a Waikato Sheds Shed

Jason and Sean receive a rare tour of Dick Marshall's classic car collection in Morrinsville, New Zealand, which features a variety of makes and models including Pontiac, Holden Kingswood Ute, Holden Monaro, Ford Galaxy, Ford Thunderbird, Triumph, Sunbeam. The collection is housed in a massive 12m x 36m shed, built in 2012, which can accommodate 24 cars. A1 Bobcats and Concrete Cambridge handled the concrete and site work, while Kelvin Lalich Builders Morrinsville took care of the brickwork. The shed was built by Ryan Billings and his team from Construct Once, using NZ Steel by Metalcraft and clad in T-Rib Colorsteel also by Metalcraft. The sectional doors were made and installed by Craftwork Garage Doors Morrinsville, and all fastenings and bolts were supplied by Konnect.

Thanks Mr Marshall for showing us through your shed. I remember travelling in the Monaro when I was a little kid with Stephen between school and home in the late 70’s. So glad you still have it and enjoy it.

the presenters are advertising sheds NOT cars......But this is a nice collection of classic cars . New Zealand has always had a lot rare and interesting vehicles hidden away..!

What a fantastic collection Mr. Marshall has. Thanks so much for sharing it with us KZbinrs! When I saw one of your Australian built GM vehicles named Kingswood, I had to chuckle. I understand it is a name from jolly old England dating back centuries. Among hundreds of reuses of the name over the years... There is an exculsive boarding school north of Detroit named Cranbrook, endowed by the Booth family's publishing empire. The girls offshoot of the original all boys school was named Kingswood. GM's Chevrolet Division used the Kingswood name on a number of Chevrolet station wagons, beginning in the late 50s, thru the mid 70s. I chuck because the GM executives who arranged to use that name probably sent their daughters there and had no knowledge of its historic significance in the British realm!

It’s an interesting collection, but I don’t see any car I couldn’t purchase for more than $50K US. So let’s call it 1M. If he has more cars elsewhere, good for him. Nice work on the shed! Looks very well built.
