you can buy whole books anywhere they sell tickets. usually the manager will have access to them. make sure they "activate" them when you buy it. i buy my books at my local liquor store or 7-11. books are a big gamble but you have to risk it for the biscuit...keep on scratching!!!

Why don't you just scan the bar code with the lottery app., and if its a winner, then start scratching straight across the ticket , instead of scratching the whole ticket , too much time wasted especially if you're scratching a whole book ??????????????
