vitamin D is extremely important! That and Magnesium! They work together. All you need is about 15 minutes in the sun. That's it. I also have a prescription for it, but mine is more for my illness. My body is attacking itself and I need all of the help that I can get. They have me on cancer meds so my case is a bit different. I need all sorts of meds! LOL and I hate taking them. pills and shots. yuck! But it is what it is mama! Hugs and take care of yourself. For your kids! :)
