yooo , very nice journey. i am really happy for your success. its great that you didnt give up and kept grinding. also, i have sum questions: -how old are you rn -is trying to jump with better technique the best drill to make my technique better -if im able to dunk with tennis ball, how far im from dunking a normal bball -how many times a week should i stretch (i have 3 workouts at the gym and 4-6 times a week i play bball- its all cuz now i have summer, im gonna go to collage on october)

I am 25 years,. My first dunk was 21 years old yes It depends on how high you reach. even you can dunk with tennis ball but did your hands above the rim? if yes you just keep trying to dunk I think you should low your training volume cause even you stretch every day the muscles still cannot relax

Good shit dude Really cool vid and gratz on the dunks Id say get a coach for the clean and deadlift though. Clean is probably stopping you from progressing, but the deadlift is dangerous Clean you're not triple extending and bumping too low Deadlift your back is rounding and coming up too quickly, its too much of an arm pull rather than lat stabilisation then push feet
