Action Horizons is the company that employs a lot of the actors/actresses at Universal. Some might work at WaterWorld and some might be Optimus Prime. You'll need to be flexible with any position.

It's strange how much respect the kids have over at that place than the UK, just some kids who see dinosaurs would run up to them and hug them tight in hopes to get a photo taken with them! But also, the down side is when you get kids, teens and some adults who would make the jobs more harder due to the fact they say certain words or would attack the dinosaurs ect

I believe its the culture of theme parks. Most theme parks have an employee making sure boundaries are made. I'm sorry to hear some bad scenarios in the UK, but it does happen here in the US. You will have kids/parents push the limits of characters.
