5.3 LS Rebuild Pt.1 (Engine Teardown) | 1964 LS Swap Chevy C10

This is my first time taking apart any engine but I dont know the condition of this LS so I wanna clean it and make sure everything is good so I have a good strong long lasting motor.

At least do a trunion upgrade to the rockers. The needle bearing in the rocker are a failure point.
