So happy to see you at tea time. 🙂 I am glad that you are resting up . 🙂 We all need family time and a little time for ourselves . 🙂 Question. 🤔 How can you use and what are the benefits of Joe pye weed . 🤔 I purchased some seeds of it in two different colors they say there is some health benefits to it. 🙂 I would like to know how to use it safely. 🤔 Do I use vodka 100 in a glass jar . 🤔 I also have been quite busy in the garden. 🌿🌱 This year I am having a lot of squashes as well as pumpkins and tomatoes growing .🙂 🍅 Did you know that pumpkin leaves and squash leaves are edible and quite nutritious you cook it in soups and stir fries.😮 Pumpkins and squash produce plenty of leaves which give you plenty of food for emergencies. 🤔 I seen someone in KZbin also drying them for winter or in case of an emergency. You have to pick the young leaves they are more tender. 🌿🙂🌿🙂 Also dogs and cats as well as other animals can eat them . 🐰🐓🐐🐮😺🐶 Of course you have to cook it for the dog and cat but the other animals like goats and cows and rabbits eat it raw. Look it up online or in KZbin. 🤔 Great thing to know. 😃

I always miss these q&a... I love catching the reruns though. I am trying to gather info on hormones, I've been suffering from hair loss(dramatic) NO sex drive, irregular period (almost always a week early) abnormal light or very heavy. Fibroid on ovary from last pap Everything I've gathered from you so far is high estrogen and low testosterone/Progesterone. I got the progest-E you recommended and have used for months and seen no change, I've been dealing with this for about 6 years. Also to add, I was on opiates from an injury that I've recently come off of so very high stress levels on top of all the other issues. No luck from doctors only thing showing in bloodworm is low ferritin levels...so I'm at a loss cuz I just want my life/happiness back.. Thanks for all your wisdom and knowledge girl, you're a true blessing to so many!

I could listen to you all day! I wish I didn't miss the live because I am just starting to feel better from an odd illness that seemed to have started about 4 days after I started drinking Kefir. (store bought)I felt extremely tired for about 4 days l, then my whole body was wrecked with pain. Shooting, stabbing pain all over. I couldn't get out of bed for 3 days. I started to wonder if it could be the Kefir. From what I read, it sounds possible, but even more so if one has SIBO. I have had SIBO in the past, but I am not sure if I still have it. Supposedly, it's very hard to get rid of, so I believe I still have it, but just to a lesser degree. Do you recommend Kefir for people with SIBO?
@sheisofthewoods
@sheisofthewoods 3 ай бұрын
You went way too fast and experienced a herx reaction. Basically you were sick from too much bad bacteria being killed off at once and the endotoxins make you feel exactly like you described. Kefir is amazing for SIBO/SIFO but you have to go realllllly really slow and as the bad bacteria dies off you can slowly raise the amount you intake 💚

Hi April ❤I asked in another video but watch so many of your videos I don’t know where to look for reply. I have CLL (chronic lymphocytic leukemia). My white blood cells and even the supposedly normal non cancerous ones are not making immunoglobulins. My IGg and IGg immunoglobulins are very low.I can’t find any herbal information about leukemia especially the type I have as it’s not curable but is chronic. I’m on watch and wait as they call it and I feel helpless not being able to do something with herbs since I have no idea what to do. This type of leukemia is the most common in adults over 50 so there are probably many of us who would love to know. Thanks for doing what you do❤️

Hello April! I have a question about tinctures. I made tinctures using 40% vodka. I packed the jars tightly with plant matter. Waited 3 or more months to strain the tinctures. I am not sure if the plant matter was covered with alcohol all the time. Is it possible for any bacteria to survive in this kind of alcohol, botulism for example? I have been worried about this recently and need help to understand this part of the process better. Thank you for your help!
