I can't thank you enough. This video is priceless, and an example of why I feel youtube educational potential is still so underutilized. it is a great video. I think pharmaceutical companies should sponsor this as a form of global education. It's a win-win situation for the companies, the world gets better operators who are capable of using a wider range of products. good for the patients, the doctors, and the companies. I really hope they get behind this and we get to see videos about peripherals, and one can hope, structural in the next year...that would be great. There Ikari family catheters, Batorelli- Cozi, and Simmon catheters. Even a sheathless dilator system called "Cordis Railway" and app with the easy name "Complex PCI Solutions". These are youtube best relaxing videos for me.

Radial acces and distal radial access is Merit Medical, those guys have the best equipment and started it. Just get a simple PSI or the coated ones. Best catheters. No coronary balloons.

But what are the AL catheter disadvantages? I think it has high risk of dissection?
