I have a recommendation! For rolling off-meta builds... there's a concept I think is important Don't put ALL your weight into an idea that doesn't synergize with kit scalings. Just dip into it for specific items for their utility only. Sure the HP scaling is there on W but its only one part. So I would say to not focus on STACKING HP per se... but picking up a good amount and then pivoting to the VITAL stats. Even an AD build isn't terrible at all... but its the FULL AD build that WOULD be terrible. Likewise, a FULL HP build isn't the way to go... but a HIGH HP build would be beneficial. But those items that you DO pivot to that are "off-meta"... like an AD item... since that stat isn't the main focus... it should have some sort of benefit to the main stat. Manamune for instance or Shojins... both increase the damage on spells. Sometimes, a kits weakness doesn't have a solution within the "approved items". If you relied on getting MS but there were no AP items that gave that... it would be acceptable to pivot to AD or HP if it had those bits of utility. But you just DIP in to the off-meta stat... not full commit. Just ideas. :] I love theorycrafting, so I'll always advocate for experimentation! Keep it up! :D

I really appreciate the recommendation! It may actually help me to not get too crazy with the builds. I think all this time I've played off-meta builds, I've been really focused on making sure I don't buy too many items that are best in slot of the champ but instead just tweaking a build may work out fairly well and allow me to be more useful in a lot of situations whilst still being off-meta. True, playing Sylas safe can be pretty chill but sometimes taking risks with his combos can make the game way more exciting! 😎 Just gotta find that balance between playing it safe and going for bigger trades!

If you go for builds that are not supposed to work on the champ you using you will lose tempo every game and contribute to losing the match

While it's true that building off-meta can sometimes slow you down or be risky, it can also catch opponents off-guard and create unexpected advantages. It all depends on the situation, your team composition, and how well you execute the strategy. Overall, I understand it makes the game harder but it's all just for fun in normal games ^^
