I sure wish I could have seen this before I was forced to sign a 50B for false aligations against me and now because she was out of town, left my children in the home without adult supervision I was forced to take action to take care of them and I was setup to be arrested as a result so I'm being railroaded in the court system now I'm being forced to take a criminal record for taking care of my children ugh

The first mistake guys make in a divorce with a bullet is hiring a BAR member. Worst mistake you could ever make. Their first duty is to the court, not the client.

Why do you need an Attorney? Reason 1, because this is a trick to gain personal jurisdiction over you contractionaly. In deeper thought it is also because you are answering under your DEAD ENTITY LEGAL FICTION CORPORATE NAME, the Court cannot hear a dead (wo)Man, you need an ATTORNEY, NOTE:: attorney (n.) early 14c. (mid-13c. in Anglo-Latin), "one appointed by another to act in his place," from Old French atorné "(one) appointed," past participle of aturner "to decree, assign, appoint," from atorner "to assign," literally "to turn to" (see attorn). The sense is of "one appointed to represent another's interests." It forms all or part of: atresia; attorn; attorney; attrition; contour; contrite; detour; detriment; diatribe; drill (v.) "bore a hole;" lithotripsy; return; septentrion; thrash; thread; thresh; throw; threshold; trauma; trepan; tribadism; tribology; tribulation; trite; triticale; triturate; trout; trypsin; tryptophan; turn. It is the hypothetical source of/evidence for its existence is provided by: Sanskrit turah "wounded, hurt;" Greek teirein "to rub, rub away;" Latin terere "to rub, thresh, grind, wear away," tornus "turning lathe;" Old Church Slavonic tiro "to rub;" Lithuanian trinu, trinti "to rub," Old Irish tarathar "borer," Welsh taraw "to strike." NOTE 2:: attorn (v.) late 13c., Anglo-French, "to turn over to another," from Old French atorner "to turn, turn to, assign, attribute, dispose," from a- "to" (see ad-) + tourner "to turn," from Latin tornare "to turn on a lathe," from tornus "lathe," from Greek tornos "lathe, tool for drawing circles," from PIE root *tere- (1) "to rub, turn." In feudal law, "to transfer homage or allegiance to another lord." - someone who talks to Persons [the dead] to Turn-Over in a Court {place a game is played], to Re- PRESENT you because you cannot PRESENT yourself. Obviously the above "Attorn" definition doesn't sound less than malicious, and you think they are here to help you? These people are precisely in the business of taking from other people and ruining lives. You want justice, you want your rights and not privileges.. START reading the Law yourselves. Stop dicking around with the distractions in life like TV, Sports, politics, Social Media, and start learning your rights back. PUT IN THE EFFORT and NO one will take advantage of you. LEARN ABOUT THE ABUSE OF DISCRETION STANDARD AND HOW TO ARGUE IT. Challenge personal jurisdiction and subject matter jurisdiction.. and let your written paperwork be your testimony. Learn to listen to whats being said and not speak.

My Cordell attorney in CA is amazing! Just got 50/50 timeshare with kids. Wife refused to work, but my attorney ordered a vocational evaluation and now her imputed income is $3,000/mo. I’m walking away paying her very little in child/spousal support, preserving my pension, and claiming both kids on taxes. While...Moving out for 6 months and waiting for wife to file. BUT involved with children, zero social media posts, and fully engaged in divorce process with attorney.

The first and biggest mistake I made while going through my divorce was hiring Cordell & Cordell to represent me with married, mid 30's female with children of her own, who in turn represented me from the aspect of female with that perspective. She literally let my exes attorney run all over us and my case through the whole process, while literally doing nothing but concede everything to the other side up to and including mediation.

@@berengereful I've had a dozen friends go through divorce. Some with kids, some without kids. The lawyers have zero leverage especially if you're the male or the breadwinner. Everything is literally codified into law. They have little to zero control over anything. They can't make an argument nor present facts that would sway any judge. This is how things are written. The most you should get your lawyer to do is file or respond to the paperwork. Everything else is basically where the chips will fall. Show me one man, who, by his good judgement and actions managed to collect child support and saved his assets for his children and his retirement. It never happens.

total BS the mother has no more rights to the kids then the father. I had to move out for the betterment of the kids after a 1yr and 1/2 of taking the mother's verbal abusive among massive amounts of harassment. The wife can use this broken system to drag the divorce out forever to drain you mentally and financially and the attorneys love it. Moving out and putting the financial burden on her is a way to get her to into reality to settle.

What IF you inherit your fathers house and were both going to move and decided to just separate because of fighting and the wife lives in old house and you move to inherit house but are still paying the bills and maintenance. Been living separate for 1-1/2. Can the house you once lived in together be split with each getting half? How does that work? No minor kids are involved. (Texas) Social Media. Just keep your mouth shut, no social media, no friends NOTHING. Nothing trackable.

I have a question for you and domestic abuse history a mother that has gotten past all of it has never taken Parental rights never with court never ask for child support hes a narcissist pretty much and has taken the child away from mother and accuse her of all this horrible stuff And that won't let her see the child do guys still protect the father I see you guys saying here check the father check the father wrihis father crites well what if the mother has never taken to the rise what if she tried to for 11 years 11 years have those rights. And now he goes to court and she has her rights taken not all of them but she won't let her see the sun what do you guys say about that you still defend the father that's in the wrong I'm just asking because I see you guys father this father that what if it's the other way around

It's rare, especially in the US or westernized courts for a woman to not be advantaged by the State(s). Men here, are defending men here because NO ONE defends men in today's world, especially of modern day women. All that aside. You have a lot to unpack in your "Friends" situation. First Domestic abuse should be reported. Doesn't matter if it's the woman or even the man.. and yes 44% of men are actually domestically abused and less than 11% of them ever say anything about it to be put on record. As far as parental rights.. Here's where it gets tricky. Seemingly because of the situation, I would assume and I hate doing so but in this case I'd bet that the woman in your description and the man do not have a decent or working relationship at this point. The fact he may be a Narcissist is a moot point and means nothing in a courtroom or in this situation. It would mean even less if a man said his wife was a complete bitch all the time if she doesn't get her way. Doesn't change the situation, right? Depending on the time that's gone by, child's age, homelife situations, all will affect the direction and posture taken but the courts would have to get involved. IF there is parenting time still allocated to both parents, and one is holding out, the other parent needs to file a motion with the court to compel the other parent to adhere to the court orders. If your "Friend" was smart, she would start researching how to put a motion together and file paperwork with the court she was in. I would not recommend getting Child Support involved or any FOC or Human Health Services involved. Just the court orders followed.

@@Undrstm8ed yeah there is allot more to it, and I was voice talking to it didn't make some sense on some parts. 11 years even with the physical abuse, mental and emotional, mother put all that aside because children have the right to have birth parents and she's actually so talking to other friends that would do that to fathers it's bull. That's why I'm so mad for her she just recently had physical abuse from the father again along so urn the new wife. Still tried to get past it, but low and behold this is the kind of stuff that happens all the time to both mothers and fathers it s sad. But age did smart up a little. Filing two motions a protection order and a couple other things.
