Can hand grippers help in increasing grip strength??If Yes then should we go heavy on them or for higher Reps?Thanks for the video
@GarageStrength3 жыл бұрын
Yes they are good. You can go heavy for a fun test, but they would be more effective in a program at higher reps

Hi Dane, I want to ask if you think doing an Upper Body workout when it comes to working wrestling-specific (grip) strength is enough or having separate Pull & Push days to strengthen specific components? Thank you

I love the plate flipping, but dont you think you should have the guys raise them up high and catch high for flip and slowly lower to train blood volume in their arms? If you want their grip to be strong they need high blood volume and neural density in their arms so they explode with power even on the floor

...and what about people without access to those equipments(which are not few)? We use those stress balls? xD

Towels are very good. Crumble up thick newspaper. There are ways 💪
@메리싸3 жыл бұрын
@@GarageStrength Yeah but towels work only if you have access to pull-up equipment or a place for that. Here we have nothing of the sort. But I never thought of crumbling newspapers...
