Hey! I hope you are having a good day, I think that all of these are great and I find watching you work very informative, I am starting my own crafting journey as I had a mental breakdown after my mother passed away. Please could you tell me what gauge of wire you use? Thank you
@craftynatsky2 жыл бұрын
Hi, Thank you! And I'm sorry to hear about your mom's passing. I use a 2 mm steel wire / gauge no 14 for the crucial components. And I use a thinner wire for the smaller components like arms, etc, which wouldn’t carry a lot of weight. Best of luck on your crafting journey!

I love your videos. Thank you so much for making them. You are very talented. Can I ask what gauge wire you are using?

Thank you! I use 2mm thick aluminum wire /14G for the crucial parts.

Your work is amazing! Thank you for sharing it. Do you ever have trouble with the air dry clay shrinking?
@craftynatsky2 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much. I sometimes do get small cracks caused by schrinkage. I just apply water or slip on the cracked area, cover it with fresh clay and smooth it out.
