I really did enjoy the intro. Thank you for taking us along. I’ve let myself go as a morning person. The discipline and care isn’t being implemented, and I’d love to get back to it. It makes me feel most like myself. Thank you for the reminder and sharing!

Hi babe! I am a coffee drinker but honestly having snacks/staying hydrated throughout the day is super important! Also sometimes I have had days when I need a 20/30min power nap and it helps! Every day is different!

Great video Emily! I completely agree that doing a morning workout is life changing! And the gyms are pretty much empty so that’s a huge bonus! (No waiting for equipment) I’m curious, what camera equipment are you using? You got some nice shots 😊👏🏼🔥

It’s crazy how becoming a morning person actually takes work but it definitely does! I’m a “workout in the morning” person too, I just feel like it helps me wake up and start my day so much better.

Yes exactly! It definitely takes work but after a while it's just part of your routine. I'm not sure about you but I feel a little bad if I ever go off of my workout routine! lol

I really want to be an active morning person but it it so hard when my job ends at random times. Waking up at 5am will give me anywhere from 3-5 hours of sleep a night and it sucks.
