can you bring a battery to airport xray? or can it go to an airplane??
@CaTastrophy4278 жыл бұрын
Lifepack + Mos + AMPL would be amazing. solar charge some big batteries, use them to charge everything, and plug them into a wall for quick battery recharge. Still don't need to have my backpack cost half as much as my devices.

This is a great vid... BUT, the backpack I want can charge gear, carry a full frame DSLR, spare lens, 15 inch laptop, clothes AND meet the new Carry-on size requirements. Everything I need to fly somewhere for a couple of days. But with easy access logical pockets, the ability to strap extra gear to it, look good and take dropping, and an all round beating without any damage to the things inside. I might just be better wearing military webbing and carrying a daypack.... TSA might not like that concept though lol

"Remember that one time on friday 13? We were on the beach when a polar bear attacked us? We should totally build a backpack with a sun umbrella and a polar bear-repellent battery to charge your laptop while you repel bears, but only a really specific type of bears, only polar ones" "YEAH we should totally do that, since you are on the beach it should have a beer dispenser and black jack and hookers so after you fight the polar bear you can go to vegas" "Amazing let's just forget the black jack and the backpack, let's go on kickstarter and make hipsters pay for our hookers" I mean all of this backpacks are amazing but they work for an extremely specific situation, i have a 7€ backpack, it's black and waterproof (it's ok it it rains not really waterproof) I use it for school, beach, work, training and short trips why does it work so good? Because if i need a battery i carry a battery, if i need a towel i bring a towel i don't need a separate part of the backpack specific for blue towel.

The only items that make sense to me in this video are the clothing management ones. I would bring a suitcase, and since you are bringing a clothing management thing, either you have ocd or you would be staying away from home for more than a couple of days and if you have that many clothes with you, you probably are staying at an hotel/camping so you can leave your backpack there, since you can leave that there you might as well bring a suitcase and not have problems with space management :D. Let's say you still want the clothing management thing (I would) you only need that specific item not all the backpack!

+Michele check the out the Osprey Farpoint 40 L. That's a great bag for travelling. It's a carry on backpack that opens up like suitcase so you can easily get to your stuff and incorporate smaller luggage management packs in it.

@groberti8 жыл бұрын
I have an Android phone and it really is phone dependent, you cannot generalize it like that. Most Android phones can't easily last a day when used heavily.

Most of these backpacks look absolutely ridiculous on whomever wears them; like one of those tiny pre-schoolers with a massive backpack for their first day. And with Ampl: who is so obsessed with technology they are willing to walk around like some human charging station for all their devices? Do people really head out everyday with their music player, mobile phone, tablet AND Laptop + 3-4 modular batteries and a whole electronic framework to support them? Absurd. And one last thing: NOBODY uses pen slots in their backpack. NOBODY.
