Thanks for showing us what it's like under the surface, as much of a shame as it is.

awesome! thanks for bringing us along with you, great footage. Indeed a shame about the kina barrens.

Glad you enjoyed it, it is a shame about the kina barrens - If i lived there I would be taking a hammer and smashing the kina on a regular basis...Cheers!!!

Thank for the video! Going for two weeks there soon. Guess I expected a bit better visibility 😀
@KerryFlowers2 жыл бұрын
The vis wasn't that bad, I haven't colour graded the footage so may have been able to get it to seem a bit better but it's definitely not super clear - too much run off from the farming and forestry in nelson bay I guess...Cheers!!!

Tell me about it, I reckon this was worse than the Hauraki gulf! Something needs to change in regards to our ocean management - I don't know what but things aren't good as they stand at the moment...Cheers!!!

Top of the south is beautiful above water, but diving down here has nothing compared to your neck of the woods! Takes a long time to get used to

Yeah I was a little surprised as I have dived Wellington before and it was pretty good but oh well you get that I suppose lol! Cheers!!!

Looks like it was an amazing trip so far, despite the barren underwater landscape. Some interesting species in that marine reserve though. Must have been glad when you got onto that cray!!

Oh yeah it was the first one I'd seen and I was like don't stuff this up lol! Cheers!!!
