Most known already but those helicopter effects were certainly an intriguing surprise!

should be cool to have a video about using filters in cinema, when and how to properly stack them (cpl, NDs, black/white Mist ect ...) for both spherical and anamorphic lenses, the pros and the cons and the cost or the add in stops terms :)

15:28 I love when they did this in “Interview with Vampire,” except the camera was shaking with the bumpy rotation of the set. It just made it look so bizarre. I’m guessing it wasn’t intentional.

I always wondered how Tarkovsky pulled of that shot and if it was just an incredibly magical coincidence 😂

Enjoyed this, and I've 'liked' the video - but a note: (and please take this in the spirit of constructive advice that is intended). Your narration delivery is infuriatingly slow. Play the video back at 1.25 x speed and you'll hear an instant improvement in how engaging it is. At that speed, you no longer sound... aside from slow, and "c'mon, man, speak" but slightly patronising. Of course you didn't intend that but that's how it sounds... That's all - just tighten up your delivery and speak at a regular speed. It'll make for much more compelling viewing. Stated with respect!

Pretty sure this is a reupload. If not, lots of shots have been reused from other vids. Especially the mirror scenes in the beginning
@thad_carlile16 күн бұрын
Most the shots are from movies that predate KZbin.

@thad_carlile Duh. I'm talking about dude reusing a lot of content from his old videos for this one. Covered a lot of the same camera moves he's already done breakdowns on.

What's the deal? It's about how it's done. Doesn't matter if La Haine or The Lighthouse have been shown already

Good video but can we have 4k please?
@yanikkendler15 күн бұрын
sorry but.. why? most people dont have yt premium anyways yet working at 4k is so much more annoying.. not worth it for an educational video imo i do know that lemmino works at fhd and then ai upscales to 4k.. so thats an option i guess
@MaxRussel-m7t15 күн бұрын
@@yanikkendler what are you talking about? I don't have YT premium and I watch stuff in 4k all the time.

@@MaxRussel-m7t my bad, they changed their policy a couple years ago, i missed that my point still stands tho, not worth the hassle
