Hello, I have recently started a woodworking workshop in India, and want to buy a plunge router. My major work in the beginning is going to be on resin tables with hardwood and also other furniture making. Which collet size machine should i go for: 8mm or 12mm? Also I have planned to use my plunge router as a self made CNC routing Machine. Plz suggest.

Dude, never, never, NEVER use a miter gauge and a rip fence like that! You’re just asking for a jam and kickback. Use a spacer board between the fence and the cutoff, before you cut.

Number 3. Why not use the straight side of the wood to mark the shape. The wood was already straight, Why cut it again?

Any size will do as long as they are equal on both sides. Even don't have to be bearings. It's just a center finding tool.

A kick back with a table saw is more likely to take place when the push stick is used away from the blade.. In your first example, the push stick is right beside the fence potentially leading the wood rotating towards the back of the saw blade. Bad technique.

That Circle jig is pointless. It takes you more time to rough cut the circle and then put it in the jig and corrected at the router then it would be to Simply make a jig for your bandsaw or jigsaw table that would have the circle perfect the first time without rough cutting. Waste of time
