Hitting is easier against weak pitching. Last regular season game they were run ruled. I hope they go all the way, I really do but what happened today isn't an indication they can hit.

@@lil2.74 While yes you are right, SEMO is still a top 64 team in the nation. It's not like they have the worst pitching. Now, I do think that you are right. Down the stretch, hitting is not going to come in bunches as the teams get tougher. But either way it's nice to see Ben, Hudson, and Diggs starting to get a little hot with bats in their hands. Hell Even Ty has been doing well at getting on base.

@@lil2.74 could be an indication that they can hit though. I think they’ll hit it better in the post season than regular season as a whole. Still don’t think they’ll win it all, but this team has some unrealized potential and moxie. They call em intangibles, they’re real, and they matter a hell of a lot in baseball.

Not really and everybody barely pitched we r fine ppl always gotta complain about something we hit 6 bombs today and scored 17 so obviously u couldn’t speak negatively on the hittin so u revert to still bein critical of something of course smdh

I think the CWS can be won by myriad teams this year, doesn’t feel like any team is a whole lot better than the next this year. Parity perhaps. I’m a Hog Fan but I’m predicting any other team in the SEC to win it all, at 40 year old lowered expectations and pessimism are valuable tools in coping with Hog sports. I think the Hogs have just of good a shot to win the CWS as anybody but I also legitimately assume the Hogs will not win it all, ever, at any of the three major sports, ever, never, ever again.
