That's why we met up with Physique 57 class instructor Lauren DeCierdo at their studio in Beverly Hills, CA, to learn five barre moves that anyone can do at home--with or without a ballet barre. I do Physique 57 DVDs and the book workouts and try to follow their eating guidelines. I'm 52 years old and I have no muffin top! I use both the book and DVDs. Thanks so much for uploading this, this is something extra that I can do!

...thank you. By leaning on that barre and slightly turning out the inside leg, variously lifting that leg is enhanced.

Burn baby burn. These exercises are killer. They help those who do martial arts too. These muscles work all the muscles that are used in martial arts kicks, and helps keep abdominal muscles trained.

I think this brand is not the best if you want a true barre workout that could be more creative.. too bad no one dances anymore..
