I love the design of this house, especially the vaulted ceiling for the living area, but could you design a house double the size of this house, making it more of a square, than a rectangle. Could you make it a three bed room house, making everything very spacious and bigger. Double the size of all the bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, living area, bathrooms. Create a main master bedroom on the first floor, I'm 69 years old, and on second floor, the two other bedrooms, also master bedrooms with their own bathrooms, with all bedrooms with walk in closets. Because the second floor has only two bedrooms, add a second floor living/family room. Are you available for hire, to create the plans and blue print for such a house ??? My wife and I are looking for a large property, possibly a farm lot, to build a large 3 bedroom house, such as your design on this house, with the modifications that I described. Hello Sir Option A The entire living room space is 7.25x6.25m Open plan layout with dining 200mm elevated. Arranged like this. Main lounge 6.25x4.2m. Additional lounge or VIP section 3x2.75m. Dining 3.5x3m. Total floor area 45m². Option B Main lounge 6x5m. Dining 3.6x3m Total floor area 40.8m² Sir please these two living rooms which one is bigger and better?
