This house is located in a very tony, suburban area. All the homes are beautifully built,and appear to have a pool. I would buy this home and keep the furniture. Not overdone, exceptional decor, and it has a warm, fuzzy, welcoming come home to feel.

The home was well planned, love it, the only question I have why the long vertical jealousy window in the shower? I would of place a short horizontal window in that shower, otherwise when someone takes a shower the window will always get wet.

This tour was nicely done. Nice & slow with music to give you the feels. Though the listing price seems a bit much for only a 5300- something square feet home. I know it's a water front, but maybe just a little over a mill should be the asking price, not near 2 mill.🤷🏻
