Far from luxury and that’s what scares me. The word is so over used. It’s evident that the agents don’t know what they are selling. Brokerage firms should have real estate agents who specialize in luxury homes. Imagine having a conversation with an agent and you finally get to Nigeria and the first “luxury” home you enter is such a rude disappointment. I’ve switched agents now and made it clear I do not want a luxury home. We are a very normal family and even though we can buy “luxury”, our focus is a house where we can grow and nurture our family. Not freaking installing Alexa and popping POP on already low ceilings and marketing it as luxury. Let’s not talk about the fact that there’s no greenery in these “new money” homes. Just fake grass and ugly pools.

@@kasmirsdaughter6211 limited spaces . Same tiles not one single marble or good wooden floor . Kitchen cabinets made by a local carpenter they call luxury. 😂😂 I just pity first time buyers . They fall for such crap ..
