Malenya's description of the unique features of every house is what makes the buyer see value where it's not easy to see. She suggests possible uses of the house which is very important. Buyer decisions need reinforcement using perceived value. I wish Malenya would do a swim, cooking clip or bubble bath. Please add night clips to your videos.
