WHY are properties in the Accra Ghana area being quoted in USD? Why aren't they quoted in Ghanaian currency? Overpriced intentionally and this being a unprofessional painfully slow mumbling presentation. $650K in many areas of the United States at the very least gets you a KITCHEN in your house, central HVAC, a two or three car GARAGE, landscaping and on one ACRE of land, I'd expect a front and huge back yard. Have a good look at what $650K can get you just about anywhere in the USA especially in Dallas, Houston, North/South Carolina, Virginia, Florida, throughout the south and especially in the surrounding Atlanta area and I'm talking about a huge main house with a pool and no need for wasted space divided into three buildings. If Ghana wants us to "come home" (and MANY of us do), then stop the nonsense of inflated laughable pricing on rental and home purchases and charging us American prices for far less standards as it's dishonest, insulting, and obnoxiously questions our intelligence. Hi Mark, this house does not represent the entire Ghana properties. The owner built a house according to his or her wishes. Whether the house is not to your taste, beauty is to the beholder. It’s the owner’s money and he can goddamn build anything he wants, whether Mark dislikes it or not. Secondary, the pricing is what the owner is asking, you are not forced to pay that price. There are many highly modern properties with various prices in beautiful areas and well though through landscape, so the ball is in your court. And lastly, Ghana and Africa is not begging anybody to move back to the ancestors land. You are free to move anywhere you wish, even the house next door at where you currently live in the USA.
