I'm saving this list, thank you! I have bone broth quite often and I add veggies to it for soup, but I will drink it now before singing. Coconut water is good and I'll start with that again. Good to see you! I love your exercises. My voice training teacher recommended your vocal exercises and I love doing them along with you. 💝🎵🎶🎼

@singgeek3 жыл бұрын
Hi Meeran, Thanks for sharing your story. If you can, I would start by seeing an ENT just to make sure that there's not anything else going on with your voice. In terms of recovery, gentle exercises to get good balanced voice production is a good start. I recommend lip trills, breathing and resonance exercises. Here's the lip trill video link: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nKixgaNjh7hnf7s Listening to your voice to find balance is also helpful. Try this video and practice with the hands like I show them. Feels a bit silly, but it is such a great way to practice balanced voice production :) kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZqqufpWInrSqqdk Hope it help

I like your channel, but this information is not quite accurate. Plant/seed based drinks or "milks" are not good for the body. They cause hormonal stress and imbalance, just like teas, which can affect thyroid function and create vocal problems. Definetely not good for hydration. Too many antinutrients which will mess your digestions also.. Coconut water is ok. Fruit juices too, specially melons. Vegetable juices are not optimal but ok. However, not spinach. Too much oxalates. The lighter ones, as fennel, cabbage, lettuce, maybe celery in low quantities are somehow ok. Bone broth is good for repairing tissue and hydration. Real raw cow/goat/sheep milk is good for people who tolerate it. Finally tap water does not hydrate you. In fact, it dehydrates you, specially when you drink it when you are not thirsty.. It doesn't contain electrolytes and minerals. So only dirnk it when you sweat a lot. Instead, you can drink a good mineral/spring/sparkling water maybe with some lemon juice and raw honey. Of course, coconut water and fruit juices are better. Finally, stop eating too much salt and dried food and you won't need to drink that much water.

1. Coconut Water (unsweetened) 2. Herbal Tea (without caffeine or citrus) - Marshmallow tea is a great remedy for a swollen throat. 3. Plant-Based Milk (low sugar) - almond/oat milk are best. 4. Juices (low-sugar and low-acid) - carrot, watermelon, cucumber, beet, spinach, aloe vera and cabbage juice. 5. Bone Broth (low-sodium) What to avoid: - Caffeine (dehydrates) - Sugar (dehydrates & causes energy crash/fatigue) - Animal-derived milk (causes mucus buildup) - Extremely cold or extremely hot drinks (causes distress to the vocal cords) - Carbonated drinks (causes mucus buildup and excess gas) What to choose instead: - Rich in vitamins - Plant-based milks - Room-temperature - Non-carbonated drinks

Really nice to see you have vids again, always wondered, where you went A membership site sounds pretty cool This one thing i always wonder about, what is the mixed voice and how do I get it. What would help me in this case would be an explanation followed with excersises. I think that would be a nice format for other things as well? (singing higer notes, belting, using a rock voice and other things) And no one every explains how to 'sing a song', you only have covers but never a, this is what I do. I'm not that advanced yet, sure there are a million other things I'm missing :) Maybe a little music theory for singers, maybe like, knowing what key a song is in (this might be really retarded what im saying)
