Idk. Spider-man games are outstanding, as far as gameplay go. But the story of Spider-man 2 left a lots to be desired. It was rushed, but att he same time bloated with unnecessary missions which didn't add anything to the main story. It would have been better if they used the money/time/ resources of those missions (looking at you MJ) to polish the main story more, and to create a Miles specific unique villain. While Arkham's second game has (amybe) the coolest story of all of the Arlham games.

Depends if sweet baby inc still controls Insomniac. However, the reason why i like the arkham games better than spiderman, is that batman aka bruce wayne still remains as the main character, and not downgraded like how spiderman was, (not mentioning suicide squad because I don't consider it arkham canon). But overall i do agree, if any other superhero games has a potential with the arkham games, it's spiderman.

@@pepita2437 Friend, the story of Spiderman 2 does not leave much to be desired, it is rushed, YES, but it is a good story, also compare MJ's missions from the first game with the second, literally the tunnel mission is one of the best missions in the game, it becomes In a survive horror, just because you don't like the story doesn't mean that the game isn't very good and one of the best.

The woke stuff for Marvel's Spider Man 2 are for side missions only and they are minor and aren't important so they serve no purpose and they don't ruin the overall experience. Plus those side missions are optional too. The term "woke" is being overused alot these days that's it's becoming cringe and lost its meaning. Woke doesn't make any game worse. Like Baldur's Gate 3 has way more woke then Marvel's Spider Man 2 but it won GOTY.

16:47 Fairly certain Batman developed detective vision and it's not in his head. In Arkham Origins you have to restore detective vision by rebooting the Batcomputer to find Alfred. It wouldn't surprise me if it were just in his head though without the technology: because he's Batman.

Spider man ps4 had it all. The story, the voice acting, the action, the villains, the story arcs, and most of the designs. The music was awesome and felt like it was I was experiencing a standard day in Peter’s life Spider man 2 definitely had its highs, but I feel it was very messy towards the end. And while I feel the game should’ve been longer, there’s also some parts that do drag on a bit too much. The first has wayyyyy more replayability factor, I’ve finished it 3 times. I’ve only played the entirety of spider man 2 once

The Punisher Game from 2005 was a art of Brutality in video games. The game felt like a love letter to the character in a way we understand. The developers even brought in 3 of the comic book writers that gave us The Welcome Back Frank comic run to write the Game's story. They gave some loose ties from the 2004 Punisher movie to give the game at least some ties to the Final boss, That Being John Saint as Jigsaw. The fact that they left us a unsasifyed Cliffhanger with KingPin vowing revenge against The Punisher is disappointing to say the least. 10/10.

I personally wasn't a big fan of Guardians of the Galaxy and would switch it out with Spiderman Shattered Dimensions as well as put the Lego games in 5th place (my honorable mentions wouldn't have Telltale Batman since I'm not a big fan since the choices didn't matter nearly as much as games like Detroit Become Human nor was the story for me so I would instead give my honorable mentions to Deadpool and X-Men Origins Wolverine PS3 game), but otherwise I agree. Also my favorite Arkham game is Arkham Knight.

I have a lot of unpopular takes when it comes to video games, for example: I hated Guardians of the Galaxy, I thought Spider-Man was mid, and I was bored by playing God of War. When it comes to GotG and GoW, it's because I hate feeling like I'm on rails the entire time I'm playing, especially in a game with lots of combat. Admittedly the only Spider-Man game I played was Miles Morales, and in my opinion it was such a weak game. The dialogue made me cringe, the combat seemed to me like "Arkham combat but bad," and the AI was brain-dead. Of course most people will think I'm an idiot, and that's fine, it's just my opinion. The Arkham series is my favorite video game series of all time. It reached a peak of storytelling, combat, and immersion that I can only hope will be surpassed in the future.

The cutscenes are good, The gameplay itself is a tactical role-playing game, and for that genre I enjoyed it. But if you don't like turn based RPG games then I wouldn't recommend it

Lego custom super villain to play. As when you go through the story of the lego DC supervillain After. campaign and also use him after the game, it's pretty cool.

I personally prefer the Spider-Man games over the Arkham games in just about every respect. The combat allows for more freedom and creativity, the story is more character driven and personal, and the traversal is just an absolute visual spectacle.
