What luxury means to you , I mean how do you define luxury in your language . Generally luxury is using 1st class products in your home with home automation . Different types of lights ( like cove lights , ceiling lights decorative lights , spot light to highlight a accent wall or painting , mood lighting ) all italian flooring with lot of use of glasses so that ample amount of sunlight enter in your house plus marvellous sea view . All luxurious wardrobe with modular kitchen . This is luxury .

First thing a home should be is a cozy place to relax. Luxury also means design..... cohesiveness of the look.... some artistic rendition on the walls.... Luxury can be in many forms. To me luxury is a super comfortable sofa that has clean lines (not the bulky ones) made of high quality materials .... use of lamps....dimmed n focussed lights..... wall panels that are not overdone....curtains n carpets..... luxurious mattresses on classy beds with egyptian cotton sheets..... a tastefully filled in space. Etc etc. I guess I tend towards classic design. Here the toilet is a luxury but pvc panels on the wall are overdone n looks artificial.... also one bathroom design looks too gaudy to me.

Hello Pallavi, a house is a reflection into an individual's mind. It's personal choice how you wish to make it. Some prefer glossy, others prefer earthy, while others prefer minimalistic. Doesn't mean one is better than the other. Many of my clients prefer to buy bare-shell apartments as they wish to make it the way they want to based on their choices and preferences. They are OK to spend the money. After all if money can't buy you peace of mind then what good is it!

I dont know if this is to do with the video or the lights, but this needs improvement. Give more time to the key features of the flat. Like the wide opening balconies. that should be the opening of video. Maybe use drone shot to show the outside feel of the flat and the surrounding. Another is use of 360 camera. Also touch base on the micro detailing - like u show those small lights in the shower.
