Hi Rob , I have 3 more supply chain levers. I was wondering can you give me an element of uncertainty for each one. 1= Capacity 2=time 3=Information Thanks.

You'll need to explain those a bit more I think.

Thanks Rob ! Nice Vidéo ! Just a Question. You usually give advices that are oriented to directors or managers etc, and i was wondering if you could make a video (or a few ^^) for positions that are lower in the hierachy ? For Exemple, i'm a "co-op" student in international logistics, which means i'm studying at a school and working in a international transport company, and as students, we don't usually have the king of power requiered to apply your advices. It still gives me ideas and a better view on logistics for a potential futur job, but i though you might have some tips on how to have a real effect at a lower level. Thanks again for the videos and good luck for 2021 !

Sure. We can try to add some more basic ones, but there are already quite a few.

@@supplychainsecrets Indeed ! I just started working with customer services and you really helped me getting on some interesting tracks :) I just noticed that it was sometimes difficult to switch from "student projet" to the point where the company agreed to make changes or even to give you the information you need to build your project. So we usually need to reduce the scale or totally change our plans and start again ^^. Anyway Thanks again for your answers and for your videos ;)

Thanks for your great video ! One of the other thing's that I'm struggling in our company is multiple data sources ! I work as service estimator & problem that I noticed was our inventory and estimation softwares are not linked so our frastration is we don't have any forcast of our potential parts needed INVENTORY for us is the most critical that I hope they let me work on it with Machine learning

I am choosing course module in supply chain management. Pls tell how good is to study "system thinking and engineering " . Is it useful in supply chain? What's your view on quality management because it's my 2nd option to select

You take too long to get to the heart of each point. Keep it short, sharp and crisp. Too much waddling and fluff to listen to.
