This is interesting. I will like to know from your experience in compressing biogas, how effective is your compressor? Secondly what quantity of biogas cam your compressor compress per day. Thirdly, what's the total cost of purchasing such compressor unit for a local community use?

it would be a good idea to remove moisture from the biogas first, to avoid corrosion inside the cylinders.

Compressed air in compressor do carry water vapors and if vapors are compressed in gas tank, will the bio gas 🔥 burning efficiency be affected?

No no you're not using the tank from that compressor you're hooking the inlet from that tank of that compressor to your biogas bag and the outlet of that compressor goes into the large tank disregard the red tank on the air compressor it's not being used anybody who's hooked up biogas to a compressor will know thats the only way to compress the gas but they're just compressing papers they're not collecting any gas they're not condensing it it's not liquefied so they're just selling people pressurized gas vapor and you are correct without a dryer there will be water moisture in that biogas which will cause problems

Depends on what you are cooking and for how long. Otherwise just treat biogas usage the same way as you use LPG

Thank you for being the only other person here with common sense these guys are just selling gas vapors 🤣🤣🤣 and I don't see a dryer system so they're probably getting moisture in with it. Plus if they liquefied it they could do a mix with CO2 and store it very easily in pressurized tanks.

You need to chill the storage container to -190ish... Then introduce the gas under pressure, liquifcation will occur. Otherwise you need massive pressures. OR That compressor, 10bar max. not to mention the losses from the piston pump. You would need to pressurize to 1000bar or more, to compress Biogas into CLB (compressed liquid biogas) under ambient temperature. Think Heavy Torpedo style welding bottles, not just your standard propane bottle.

Your next step should be condensing the methane into tanks. So what you need is a Sub-Zero condenser coal coming off of that pressure chamber that will liquefy your methane. Then you take that liquefied methane and depending on your tank and pressure size of your tank figure out how much CO2 you need to add to that methane so that you can store it and pressurize tanks. Because as it stands from now you're just selling gas paper not actual gas! You need to liquefy it you're just selling vapors man
