Jollof recipe used:
two medium onions
chilli to taste
8 fresh tomatoes
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
salt to taste
beef seasoning
veggies of choice
335g of rice
oil
beef half pound
curry powder
white pepper
ginger garlic blend 2 table spoons
Spice blend 1 teaspoon; it contains
Rose mary
Grains of selim
Cloves
Black pepper
Aniseed (we use a little onion to make blending easy)
